Happy New Year, Stallions!

We are thrilled to welcome everyone back as we kick off the new year following winter break! We hope you had a restful holiday season and enjoyed the bonus snow days! 

Thank you to everyone who donated to make the cookie swap a success in December. Our teachers love the sweet treats and everyone had plenty of yummy treats to take home. 

We have so many exciting events planned for the rest of the school year, so stay tuned!

No General Membership Meeting in January

We'll return in February with a full agenda! The next General Membership Meeting is Tuesday, February 4th at 7pm. 

Restuarant Night at Ledo Pizza on January 30th!

Please mention Sequoyah Elementary School when ordering, dinining in or picking up! Restaurant Night is 5pm-9pm at the Derwood Ledo Pizza at 7213 Muncaster Mill Rd. Proceeds will be benefit Sequoyah Elementary School PTA programming.

Save the Date for International Night February 6th, 2025!

Sequoyah Elementary School's International Night returns in February 6th from 6:30-8:30pm to celebrate the diversity in our school community. If you have not previously attended International Night, you'll be in for a special treat. Families host a table representing a country or region and showcase unique artifacts from that country--that may include photos, traditional clothing, food--the possibilities are endless! This is one of the most attended event of the year so don't miss out! This event is successful because of the tremendous contribution from all the families who hosts and those who are in attendance. Thank you for being part of this wonderful community and event.

Yearbook Pictures Needed!

We've had a fun & busy Fall at Sequoyah - let's remember it in the yearbook! Send your pictures from events to sequoyah.pta.contact@gmail.com with the event name in the subject for school wide events (ie Trunk or Treat), or the grade level in the subject for class parties (ie 2nd Grade).
