Happy Fall, Stallions!

October is officially in the books! It was a fun and busy month! Fall Festival, Trunk or Treat and Classroom Parties were a hit! These events were pulled off by our wonderful parent volunteers, student volunteers and amazing Sequoyah teachers and administrators. Thank you for continuing supporting our students and building our community! We look forward to November where we will focus on reflecting and giving thanks.

No General Membership Meeting in November

We will not have a General Membership meeting in November. We will return in December (December 2, 2025) with several business updates including budget amendments. Please plan to attend in December.

Restaurant Night at La Brasita

Wednesday, November 12th from 11:00am - 9:00 pm

Scholastic Book Fair

Get ready! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming our way (YAY!). 

Monday, November 17 – Friday, November 21, 2025 at the Sequoyah Media Center.

Choosing their own books empowers kids and inspires them on their journey to becoming lifelong readers. AND—as always—every purchase at the Fair benefits our school. 

Family night will be on Tuesday November 18, 2025.

Teacher Conference Appreciation Dinner

In November, we would like to express how thankful we are for our teachers and staff at Sequoyah Elementary. Thank you to all of you who continue to support the PTA fundraising efforts, so we are able to do this for them!

Give Thanks with a Pie

Say thank you to our teacher and staff by donating a sweet pie.

When: November 25, 2025

Pies can be dropped off at the front office on November 24th or at drop off in the morning of November 25th. 

Aladdin Kids...COMING SOON!

4th and 5th graders look out! A whole new world is coming your way. Our spring musical is Aladdin! Permission slips will go out the week before thanksgiving and will need to be returned by Friday December 5th. Auditions will be held on Tuesday December 9th after school. Call backs and make up auditions will be held on December 16th after school.

 

Yearbook Pictures Needed!

We've had a fun & busy Fall at Sequoyah - let's remember it in the yearbook! Send your pictures from events to sequoyah.pta.contact@gmail.com with the event name in the subject for school wide events (ie Trunk or Treat), or the grade level in the subject for class parties (ie 2nd Grade).
